Jay shook his head at the first question. "I haven't tried, either. Well, Ah mean, Ah've tried, like, jumping into the air and trying to flap them. But Ah just fell flat on my face." He rubbed the back of his neck, his wings giving a slight twitch. "I don't understand how it would work, anyway." He didn't know the first thing about the physics involved, but it just seemed logically impossible.
The revelation, though, wasn't a good one. Jay frowned a bit. He might not have remembered anything solid about himself, but he could remember plenty of Christian teachings. He had several different Bibles, mostly gifts, in his room. Of course, he hadn't figure out the reason why he had two Korans, too. But that meant he definitely believed in fidelity, and didn't think he wanted to know that he had unfaithful parents, or a half-brother. "I... I don't know," he said, obviously very uncomfortable. "Maybe... cousins or something?" he asked, not wanting to think about the other possible train of thought. It couldn't be a remarriage, since Warren was older than Paige or Jay but younger than Sam, so there wasn't a death or divorce or anything. "Cousins can look similar, too."
