Roland was nervous.

It was obvious in every fibre of his being that something was bothering him, and if you made the assumption that it was related to the reason he was waiting, you'd be right. As he tapped his foot rapidly against the wall he was leaning on, he kept shooting glances up at the pile of barrels that he knew led to the Hufflepuff Common Room, his face a simultaneous combination of anticipation and sheer terror.

He'd put off talking to Sarah Jane for far too long, but this was a conversation he needed to have - or he knew he'd regret it.
