Bucky listened in silence, just letting her get off her chest everything that it seemed she'd had bottled up for a bit if the flow of words once they started was any indication. He couldn't fault her for disliking or mistrusting the bus. As he'd told Steve, he could be grateful for the chance they'd been given and still not trust the bus that they still knew almost nothing about. So, he could very well sympathize with her for not appreciating what the bus had dropped them into. A warzone wasn't fun under the best of circumstances. And wanting to feel useful was understandable, as well.
But, he could admit in his own mind that he wasn't quite able to relate to the rest of what she was saying.
"So, what are you doing to change that?" he asked as he turned them down another short corridor that led to their destination. "I'm not sure what you mean about the world here being built on technology, other than the enemy. Most of the world is pretty trashed otherwise. But, If people know more than you do, talk to them about how you can help. Talk to Marcus or John about this world. Talk to Tony about tech in general. Take Elizabeth up on her offer to teach you. If you want to contribute, there's nothing stopping you. Reach out to people and tell them what your skills are. I wouldn't think to ask you about tech because this is the first I'm hearing of that part of your skillset. You may not be the go-to but you can become a go to. If you see a need you think you can help with, offer to help. Don't wait to be asked to do something, offer to do it. And don't limit yourself to your specialty. There's plenty that needs to be done that doesn't require anything more than a willing pair of hands."
