James extended a hand and repeated the words, but all that happened was a weird popping noise from deep within the bowl. The bespectacled wizard wrinkled his nose with a faint huff, before sitting up from his position against the wall and scooting a little closer, legs crossed as he hovered over the bowl. Squaring his shoulders, he tried again. This time was a little more succcesful, with a faintly pleasant smell drifting upwards when he ducked his head closer.
"Huh," Pleased, James straightened up and smiled across at Remus. "Nice. Here," he slid the bowl back towards his friend. "Before I blow it up or turn it into a slug or something."
He settled back on his hands, swallowing a sigh. He didn't like it, but what could they do? Even though the idea made his stomach turn uncertainly, there wasn't a whole lot that could be done about the moon. "What about making it better when it does happen?" he asked, instead. "More pain stuff, or more of an outlet when you're Moony?"
