Theo and Loki - Late Evening
Like they had been doing nightly a perimeter was set. Besides Stephens's additions to securing their location, Theo cast wards and silencing charms around the surrounding area of their camp. Loki's cloaking and glamour's were too put to good use. With all they could do and accomplish together they kept their shelter minimalistic. Having been constantly on the move it only made good sense.
Each night they did have a fire and that was where he sat on the ground pensively. As he sat listening to the sputtering cracks, hisses and pops of the fire as it burned brightly he reached for the flames. Idly he let them lap and flicker through his fingertips. Only withdrawing his hand once the heat became to much to idly play with.
They were alone. While Stephen travelled with them he often found excuses to venture off on his own. Not close but not far. Theo thought it a courtesy he was happy to accept and thankful it was one he need not even ask for. Gone off for a wander with the coyote with no name, he had left them for the moment to have some time alone.
They hadn't spent much time talking about what had brought them here. Even if they talked often and endlessly about the task at hand and the roads they found themselves travelling. Although as he looked over at Loki and caught his glance and smiled he imagined the time was soon coming to talk of what comes next. He could sense it lingering in the air waiting to fall.
