Who: Steve and Loki
When: Lunchtime January 13th
Where: The Food Distribution Centre Eating Area
What: They discuss some issues
Warning: Possible argument to ensue, we’ll see
Loki was seriously not looking forward to this conversation. It never went down well when someone such as he tried to tell the Captain that they thought he’d done something wrong. He didn’t know why it was so difficult for Steve to see that he wasn’t helping matters in the way he was going forward with everything. Maybe that was a lie though, because Loki was sure he’d acted in a similar fashion whenever he’d tried to take control. Though he’d never been leading people in battle. Either way, Loki understood stubbornness and he suspected that was at least part of what was going on.
It seemed to him that in most things in Steve’s life, he was used to everyone defaulting to what he said and now there was a case where not everyone agreed. It was bound to cause issues. What Loki didn’t understand was why it seemed as though any time he, Theo or Strange had an idea, it felt dismissed. Why bother asking if their knowledge and experience didn’t appear to be taken into consideration?
All he could do now was sit down with the Captain over what passed for sustenance in this place and hope he could smooth things over enough to keep Theo with the group. It was safer for all of them.
Grabbing a tray of food, though only to not stand out (he had no plans to eat the food himself, but would rather give it away to one of the other poor bastards that needed it far more than he did), he took a seat and waited for Steve to arrive.
