Re: Group C {Stephen, Peter M., John, Sabrina, Roman, Marcus, and Sarah}
John didn't answer at first. Instead, he rooted through his pack for the night-vision binoculars he'd made sure to grab from the equipment room before leaving. Hunkering down below cover, he trained the binoculars on the bunker across the way, angling his gaze up to see where the surveillance cameras were positioned. He couldn't be sure of how wide an angle they covered, since he didn't know what tech had survived in this world or how close it had been to his own. But, better than nothing. Seeing a spot that might work, he handed the binoculars off to Strange.
"We'd need to come out of it there." He indicated the spot he'd chosen. "Looks like a camera blindspot. But, you need to be absolutely certain there's not way for them to see it and no strange energy ripples that could be picked up by any sort of scan or cause interference along any energy range. The slightest blip of static on a radio band will have them investigating the source. Like the conductor said, --" there was no way he was thinking of that thing as his mother. "-- we don't want Skynet to see any sort of magic or foreign combat style it could mimic. This thing created the time travel machines. Humanity didn't do that. So, anything that could affect the quantum level, it can pick up."
Glancing over at Sabrina, he shook his head. "That means no nuclear option, unless there's no other way. You get around the machines by stealth. And this is a rescue mission, not an attack. Only engage if engaged upon."
