After a bit of research, I found out that the Happiness PV will be debuting on SpaceShowerTV (スペースシャワーＴＶ) tomorrow, 8/30 on their BigHits program, between 14:00~14:30 (2:00~2:30).

Believe you me, at approx 2am my time, I will be scouring CB's for this pv. *is impatient*
