Ruby's eyes narrowed slightly, as she listened to him go on his little rant. Her own arms came to cross over her chest, turning to face him the same time he turned to face her. Her normally amused face turned hard as she waited for him to be finished. She ignored anyone else around them, not really caring if any of the humans stopped and stared. They probably figured it was just some young couple fighting.
She kept her voice very low, it had almost a dangerous sound to it. "Lets make one thing clear here Sam." her blue eyes locked on Sam's, leaning forward slightly. She had no problem bursting any personal bubble. "You're alive right now because of me. You have the Colt because of me. The only reason you know there was something more behind your mother is because of me."
She paused for a moment, her glare to only assert what she was saying. "All I've done for you is give so far. And I've asked for nothing from you. So how about you be a little more grateful?" that was so like humans though. All they wanted was more answers. More information. It was always about them, they were never satisfied with just a little. More, and more, was all they ever wanted. They didn't know how to take what was offered and work with it from there. They were like children, needing to be hand fed.
She leaned back then, her arms falling to her waist. "You want more information, figure it out yourself, you're a smart boy." she turned from him them and started heading toward the library again, if only just to annoy him, while calling over her shoulder. "Just do your job Sam, and leave Dean to me." his time wasn't up yet. All he had to do was his job, and she didn't have to ask him to do that. He'd do it anyway. She didn't care if he didn't trust her. Honestly she didn't care if he thought he was her puppet, because in a way, that's just how Ruby was using him. But he couldn't say she hadn't helped him so far. She had helped him out in so many ways, and he just didn't want to see that. If he wanted it all at once, he was going to have to learn a little more patience.
