12:56a	Xtended The Cure didn't work. So the government decided to step in and put it up a notch. The Mutant Registration Act was finally passed. All mutants are required to carry IDs stating their mutation or they would be arrested for breaking the law. Separate prisons were built for mutant criminals. The use of mutant powers in public not only incited riots, but now carries a minimum prison sentence of fifteen days. The great activist of mutant rights, Charles Xavier is dead. Erik Lensherr is back, powerful then ever, with a new Brotherhood of Mutants behind him. The future looks like a bleak place to be for mutants, but Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters flourishes under Ororo Munroe, the new Headmistress. She, along with the mutant only known as Logan, educate the young mutants of tomorrow and provide a beacon of hope to the mutant community. Xtended: An X-Men RPG is a movieverse game that pick up where X-Men: The Last Stand, left off. They found themselves in a world on the brink of war. Upon entering the school, some were taking their first steps into a magical world that was completely foreign to them. Others had lived in it all their lives and were about to leave the safety of Hogwarts to see what the world had in store for them. How will these students react to the world that is constantly changing around them? Who will they become and what roles will they take up as the times shift? It is in their power to answer these questions. We know a little of what they will do outside of Hogwarts. Let's see how they got there. This is a canon school-oriented Marauders-Era RPG that does recognize Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. It's February of 1972 and the Marauders are in their first year! 1:29p	MOD RPG OOC AU BACKSTORY CHARACTERS RULES APPLICATION PBs INFO BUTTON CONTACTS When the Dark Lord Voldemort died, he released a wave of magic. A sort of magic no one had record of, intensely powerful and with incredible ability and desire to correct the mistakes of the past and to punish those that had made them. He hoped to send himself into his body from twenty years earlier - which he did successfully. The brain of the Dark Lord in December, 1976 was suddenly filled with knowledge from the following twenty years. Sufficient knowledge, in fact, to attempt to kill Harry Potter and his friends one last time. Knowledge that put him at a great advantage over all the others in the time period. Or so he thought. Though intelligent and meticulous, the magic pouring forth from Lord Voldemort at the time of his death was uncontrolled and went in all directions. Adults were hit, including the recently deceased and nearly dead, sending their souls spiraling back in time. Even this would have been below Voldemort's radar, he would have found the knowledge of others unimportant compared to his own, and thus having his followers by his side would help him little. What he didn't expect was an added blessing - young people of Harry's generation were pulled back in time right along with him. Unlike the adults, however, who had an existing body to land in, the children of his time appeared seemingly from nowhere. There was no explanation for the students to appear in this way - sprawled across the grounds outside of Hogwarts Castle, in varying states of injury and disarray. Dumbledore took them in and immediately their tale was told. It was winter holidays, so many of the students from Hogwarts had already gone home, leaving the castle largely empty. The few stragglers witnessed the arrival of these new students, but they were quickly silenced while Dumbledore helped Harry and his friends come up with a cover story. They would claim to be homeschooled students, and would be given pseudonyms. The story would be that Hogwarts was opening its doors for the first time ever to late admittances, on account of the increasing danger that witches and wizards were facing in the world. They were, under no circumstances, to tell anyone what their true story was. Secrecy was key. They didn't know how or why they'd been sent back in time, but it was obvious the level of danger they faced if they weren't careful. Of course, Voldemort would not be fooled for long... and he had a whole new agenda this time around, with Harry Potter at the center of it. Began: December 20th, 2007! (Comment on this)

Since then, life for mutants has been growing more and more difficult. Left and right, mutants are losing their jobs. Left and right, mutants are being found dead. Left and right, mutants are losing their rights, their families, their homes, their lives. A mutant hospital has been opened, known as "the New York Establishment of Mutantology", a testing facility for Mutantologists (that is, Mutant scientists) for better understanding of abilities, how they got them. Every day mutants are being taken into the hospital for testing, and some of them aren't making it out. A drug has been created, for testing on the mutants. It is believed that the drug will put an end to the abilities these mutants hold. But not all mutants are being stopped. Some are dying from the side effects (however covered up by the Government), some are getting new abilities. The effects of this drug are widely unknown. On November 15, 2020 - a flyer was sent out to every family in America, listing all the laws mutants were expected to follow. If these rules were not followed correctly, the mutant will be punished by hospitalization, or death. What do you think? No explanation. But everyone's story has a middle bit that sounds the same. It involves the mentioning of a "blinding white light" and then the "feeling of the worst hangover imagineable." This is how they came to Penny Lane. Penny Lane is a main street in a place that doesn't exist; least not any map. It's a picture perfect sight from the sixties mod culture and yet modern day novelties can be found. The sun always sets a different color. the clouds tinted shades as well - and at night the stars sparkle to a inaudible universal symphony. Penny Lane eventually turns into a (dirt) long and winding road, that runs thru strawberry fields and ends at the Sea of Time. On the edge of the strawberry fields, nestled at the brim of the woods, are caves that burrow underground. At the other end of the Lane there's a different street visible, even people going about their lives, but they never seem to take notice of those in Penny Lane. No matter which way you try to go; there's no escaping Penny Lane no matter what. Machines that travel through time and space don't work, and those who can open portals between worlds at the wave of a hand find their power lacking. You can run and run and run - but you'll end up back where you started. You can try navigating the green waters of the Sea of Time - but you'll be dead before you lose sight of land. Braving the woods passed the strawberry fields only brings talk from the lonely locals of murderous creatures called Blue Meanies. Some people go mad. Some try to find a way out. Some cope with the better life they've been given. But they're all together now. And this is their story. "Just tune in, turn on, drop out drop in, switch off, switch on and explode." Many people on both sides of this battle have given their lives for what they truly believed in and in the spring of 1998 the Wizarding world thought that they had received the final answer to the struggle between equality and supremacy. Harry Potter, surrounded by those who believed in him, defeated He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named for the final time. The wizarding world rejoiced as Voldemort's dark shadow was removed from their homes and communities and they were able to rebuild the lives that they had once had. Now, as the wizarding world enters the year 2003, they find themselves facing danger from the very people many of them fought so hard to protect. The barrier between the Wizarding and Muggle world is deteriorating. Is there a new group of Death Eaters out there? Is it a remainder of Voldemort's plans? Rumours and speculation run rampid as the Ministry tries to determine the cause. As more and more Muggles stumble across the magical world and it's people, violence and hatred cross barriers, leaving Witches and Wizards every where wondering if maybe Voldemort had been right after all. Little did they know that the Fourth Hallow was with them all along. When Hugo Weasley first left for Hogwarts, he had been given a present that his father hadn't received until his seventh birthday. It looked like an ordinary watch. There was nothing spectacular about it and it had been in the Weasley family for ages. The boys were outside near the Great Lake, Hugo swinging the watch idly in his hand when his cousin Roxanne (or Roxy as he thought of her) set off one of her father's latest inventions on the boys. In Hugo's attempt to get away from the billowing and smelly smoke, the watch struck rock and popped open for the first time in centuries. There was a rip in time and space; a tesseract. The Lowdown: In this game not only can you play the epilogue children and acid babies from JK Rowling's notes and interviews, but also any character who may have died during the books. The children are sent back in time to the year 2000 and become stuck there with their parents even though their parents are of the same age. The Tesseract causes the dead to come back to life and no one knows how to stop it. Jumble that up with a release of prisoners from Azkaban and you have holy plot batman. We already have obscure hard to find characters cast like Dolores Umbridge, Gellert Grindelwald, Minerva McGonagall and Marietta Edgecombe! The Volturi are a lot more interested in Bella and the Cullens than the Cullens think. They have been debating how to go about making sure Bella is changed, and new hunting ground. The story starts a week or so before Heidi comes to America with two other Volturi members. Rachel Black comes home and everything appears to be calming down. That is until more vampires show up... Not just the three Volturi, but the Denali family come down from Alaska for a visit to the Cullen's. They want to know why they've heard rumors about the Volturi coming States side.... Meanwhile the humans are just caught in the middle of mythological battles. Let the tale begin.
