Theo shooed him away from the piano seat so he could demonstrate rather than explain. Like Anthony, he was only technically proficient, which became obvious as he played a selection of Foutz's Movement #9. He'd head the same piece played in concert before, hearing it the way he played and on a sub-standard instrument didn't nearly compare.
He played as much as he could remember and then stopped with a shrug. "Good enough to impress the people who don't know better, I suppose, but I know better."
