Who: Rocket, Wade and Ginger Where: Warehouse loft, Jannati City When: Week 2. Sunday. Late Evening. Rating: TBA Status: Closed, In-progress
All the I's had been dotted and the T's crossed and there had been a surprising amount of paperwork to be done for these two. Apparently even locked up, you can still manage to get into a surprising amount of trouble.
But that was over with and now she was the not so proud owner of two men she probably didn't want to own in the first place. Well, one she knew she didn't because he was a lying, cheating, binge drinking bastard who'd screwed her over so many times now, she still didn't know why exactly she had dropped her life to fly all the way out here and save his.
Bastard.
The other one...Well, he was still new to her so Ginger would give him the benefit of the doubt. At least for now.
And apparently just the knowledge that he'd be getting out and have his personal items back were more than enough to make him grin happily, maybe even manically, the whole ride back to...well...here.
It wasn't the prettiest of building fronts, what with all the graffiti across every square inch of surface and the one window boarded up...or the large padlock on the door but with less than a few days notice, she hadn't been picky about what to buy and it had more than enough space. Empty, empty space that was as whatever conversion had been taking place was abandoned after one quarter had been mostly completed.
A masochist, or interior designer, would call it a 'fixer upper'. Ginger had called it 'Cheap and not likely to show blood stains.'
As they stood out front of the warehouse in the dim street light though, it looked much worse than she remembered. Much, much worse. Hopefully what little furniture that had been delivered that morning was still there otherwise they were going to have to be creative in regards to sleeping arrangements that night.
"Don't." She warned both of them as she walked up to the front door and fished the key that she'd picked up from the Realtor's office that morning and removed the pad lock, "Just don't."
