Re: Manny & Penny & Open?
Penny was beaming at the compliment, and even happier when he presented her with the flowers and gift. She didn't understand those people that hated getting gifts, it was Penny's favorite part about birthdays. She took both from Manny, leaning in to kiss her brother on the cheek as way of saying hello. She used her wand to send the flowers to the counter, there for her to put into water in just a moment, hands free to take the box he held out to her.
"Thank you so much, though I'm a little hurt you think so little of me. I'd never try to sell a gift anyone gave me, I enjoy getting them too much. I'm sure it'll most definitely go on display somewhere though," she admitted, unable to resist the urge to open her gift, she carefully took the lid off the box. Dark orbs grew large as she reached in to run her fingertips over the rim of the pestle. "It's beautiful," she gushed, meeting her brother's gaze. "Thank you, so much. It's going to look beautiful in my kitchen," she admitted.
