I cannot believe you started working at the Leaky Cauldron and didn't tell me! Auror training is going well but I'm feeling a bit...lonely if that makes sense. I know your schedule probably as hectic and full as mine (okay, maybe more.) but we need to find a time to sit down and catch up. We can do it at Leaky or somewhere else.

I think I've had more owls from family in the last week than the last few months. There must be something in the air.

I have to admit, I'm not sure how you missed the fact that I work at the Leaky Cauldron. I've been there for a while now. But I know you've had a busy year or so with NEWTs and starting your training so don't worry about it.

How about you come by Grimmauld Place sometime? I've been working on it on my days off so I promise it's nicer than you remember. Let me know when you're free.

Yeah...training. To be honest, Williamson has just been ramping up the intensity recently. Not too dangerous I promise (I'd report something otherwise) but I've barely been out of the ministry recently.

Is Mrs. Blacks painting still screeching excessively? Honestly, that's the only part of the house I really couldn't stand I might be able to sneak away this Sunday. Williamson will be away on business which leaves us to our own devices.

How about I come by after my morning run? I'd love to see how the old place is coming along.

I'm sure they don't want to kill off any new recruits in the first six months of training. I bet you're doing great.

Uncle Bill managed to break the permanent sticking charms a while back. No screeching paintings anywhere to be found, but maybe a few awkward family photos. Mum gave me one of those with the three of us in matching outfits.

Come by any time, but maybe text first to make sure I'm awake.
