RP: Jules and Open, 7pm
Large events like these always seemed to make Jules a ball of anxiety. Of course, it probably had something to do with the higher levels of energy, of that psychic input she couldn't always shut out when she was in such a crowd. And although she loved herdress, she also felt a bit that she was playing dress-up. But this event meant so much to her mum, and she wasn't going to do anything to ruin the night for her. She'd picked at her dinner, sitting between Peter and dad, managing to eat enough of it that neither of them would looks askance at her, but when the orchestra struck up and the dance floor expanded for those who might want to dance before the auction, that restless energy coursing through Jules wouldn't let her sit any longer.
Wandering through the tables, she smiled at the people she knew, stopping to chat casually a few times, before finding herself on the edge of the dance floor. Once she was there, though, she wasn't sure what she was doing. It wasn't as though anyone were going to ask her to dance.
