She snorted softly. "Even if I didn't order food I'd probably end up trying to swipe your chips or something. Just the act of other people eating makes me hungry unless I am absolutely stuffed," she said sunnily.

"Back to work after lunch. Dad and my step-mum have a funeral at 3, which is weirdly late, but whatever. I'm holding the shop until 6 and then my brother has the emergency line for a while and I need to go pull stuff from the kiln and see if it fused nicely overnight. I think I'm gonna have a quiet night though. Do you have anything other than your book search?" Etta had mostly forgotten that Harrison hadn't technically been told what she did these days, but she rarely pushed the family business in people's faces anyway.
