I hope he likes it - I know it's one of those places you either love or totally hate. I have no clue if he's ever been out of 'the first world countries', you know? But it's like... kind of my whole life? If that makes sense? I'm definitely taking him dancing, and we're going to eat ALL the food, and drink ALL the rum... Hopefully he'll at least like the rum, LOL.

Have you and Thad gone on holiday together? You two have been together longer than we have, any advice?

Yes we have 😊 I took him to St Thomas over New Years and it was so lovely to show him where I grew up. So I totally feel for you being nervous about that! I introduced him to my grandparents and he managed to survive that with flying colours. I don’t know if I have advice though. Just enjoy the time together where it’s just the two of you.

He survived you're grandfather?! That's, like, AMAZING. Didn't you tell me a story once back at school, about when your uncle introduced your aunt it was like... all hell breaking loose?

I am looking forward to sharing a hotel room... I live with my parents and he lives with his cousin and it's like... SO hard to find... alone time... 😳😳

	Show him the real Caribbean spirit! That’s putting it lightly. I hate to say it, but I think Thad’s last name smoothed things over somewhat. Which sucks, but I’ll take what I can get. Eh, with what you've told me about your fam over the years, wouldn't surprise me. And poor Bash! I couldn't imagine shouldering anything like that!

Luckily the most important family "legacy" I ~need to carry on is speaking Spanish and knowing how to make arroz con pollo, flan, and how to make my abuelito Che's favorite Cuban sammies, LOL.

He's been thinking about getting his own place now that the show is established and he's more settled in London... maybe it'll be a good trial run for sleepovers?

	Bash will survive somehow. He’s already got the potions brewing side of the equation down. That sounds like a lovely legacy. But now you make me want run and Cuban food! Dinner when you get back?
