Liam's hand rubbed up and down Tina's arm soothingly, and he ducked his head to press a kiss to the top of her head. "I think we did," he agreed, looking down at the tiny face peeking out from the blanket. The kitten was meowing rather loudly considering it was so little. "We can find a vet in the morning, get the little one checked out."
His other hand crossed in front of him, his fingers stroking the tiny kitten's head gently. "I bet we can even smuggle him into one of our offices, too, in case he needs to be looked after closely. Or she," he corrected himself with a crooked grin. He supposed the vet would be able to tell them if the kitten was a boy or girl.
