Hi, Lils. I got hurt at work yesterday so I’m staying with Bash for a few days. My mum is going to pop by the flat and pick up Queenie so you don’t need to worry about her. X

Have you got any new book recommendations? I’m laid up for a few days and don’t know what to read.

I have to spend the next few days in bed. Not in any kind of fun way, don’t get excited.

I want to do something nice when I’m feeling better. Do you fancy a spa day?

I'm guessing you've got plenty of people worrying over you, and let's be real, that's not really my thing anyway, so we'll just focus on the fun we'll have once you're good to go! Sapphire Springs? Or should we do a survey of all the spas in the country? Not officially, of course, though I won't tease you if you want to make it ~actual research. Much.

Right, you'll obviously be a terrible cursebreaker, you should definitely throw in the towel and use your body for money like me 🤣 (I should clarify that I'm not whoring myself out, I just dress skimpy and serve drinks at high roller card games!)

Well last time I went to SS, I spotted Aldrich's brother working there, and that's just... a bit too much ~~still~~ but I'm an expert at expressing nonchalance so I can make it work. BUT! There's a fabulous little high end place out in Blackpool, I'll make reservations for next week, my treat! What day works best for you?

	Mostly okay. I ended up in St. Mungo's after a run-in with some doxies. Bash actually took time off work to help me, which I still can't believe. She's got my key. Yay Bash! Hope he knows I'd come after him if he didn't lol.

I'm lucky that Dad trained me as much as he did. Dueling in complete darkness is never something I would ever recommend and have to last hours with constant spells being thrown at you is just mentally draining.

It's all a lot and I guess that's the point. It's about endurance at this point. And it's been good to keep my mind off other things.

	Thanks! Honestly, I probably could brush up on some of the more practical parts, potions and antidotes. The spell work comes naturally but I'm not looking forward to the legality and jurisprudence seminars. So what's it like being taken care of by Bash? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Well, I've been brushing up on my potions lately if you need a hand with anything. I've been sleeping a lot since I left the hospital. But he's been very attentive, always checking on me and making sure I'm comfortable. He's trying really hard. It's adorable. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

That might be a good idea. I don't know many other people who are as good with potions.

Is it still okay that an attentive Bash is weird to me? Sorry, when you grow up around a brooding Adonis it's hard to get that image out of my head.

When does Dr. Pucey say you'll recover? I'll miss your face obviously, but I'm not demanding you back right away. Take advantage of the time.

I've been needing to break up my routine. Going a little crazy going back and forth. Any thoughts?

I don't know if I'm that good, but I did well enough for all of the assessments that Bash gave me!

Don't worry, he's still brooding while he does it. Most of the time he looks like he'd go and exterminate every doxy on the planet if he could.

The actual Healers say it'll be a week before I can lose the bandages. I'll be honest, I feel like I've been hit by the Knight Bus.

Nothing comes to mind immediately? But make sure you're taking time for yourself. Life's about more than work.

	Bitten to hell by doxies and then had a reaction to the antidote. I'm okay. Bash is looking after me. Mostly just sleeping and resting, but I'm starting to feel better. I don't think it's a terrible idea. It makes sense to me to date someone that you spend time with and who understands your work. I probably wouldn't be dating Bash if I hadn't worked with him.
