She was breathing now, at least, and she let out a long sigh when he agreed, relieved that she wouldn't be forced to a hospital, to put an official report in with the DMLE. But that didn't bring her any closer to figuring out where to go from here. The memories from the night before were so clear, so vibrant, the chemistry behind them undeniable. But had it been genuine or just a result of whatever she'd been drugged with?
