Jasper supposed he was lucky that his mentor was fairly laid back. Then again, he wasn't sure he'd ever met a truly stressed-out herbologist. Jasper himself was never more at home surrounded by all things green and leafy.
He squeezed Kenzie back, always happy to have her around, though her whispered words had him concerned. "You're no selfish. I'm never too busy for you," he assured her, keeping an arm slung around her shoulders and steering her towards the kitchen garden next to the cottage.
