Frank was slightly startled in a way when Molly moved away and started doing other things, but thankfully after a few moments it was actually comforting that Molly was happy to leave them be to collect their thoughts. And the suggestion of incoming hot chocolate was distinctly comforting. It had long been a go-to comfort food.
It had taken a probably unsurprising amount to screw up their courage to the point the words came out of their mouth. For half a second the not-so-affirming response stung. But a few seconds later, when Molly was clearly not bothered, but she had also acknowledged the words Frankie managed to nod. The practical approach was strangely comforting in the midst of Frank's raging emotions. "Please," they said emphatically. "I need to see less, have less-" the word boobs stuck in their throat as they pressed their chest flatter with an illustrative arm. It felt wrong right now, like it didn't belong. It was so confusing, when Frank had set out for shopping that morning the tight clothes and somewhat enhancing bra had felt good. They still didn't understand the ins and outs of their gender. Glancing around they looked for mirrors, hoping to spot them before they looked too closely. Looking right now seemed like a terrible idea.
