Albie had to admit that Kenzie's new flat was pretty nice. Not his style, but perfect for her. The balcony was great, too, and he had to wonder whether how much persuasion it might take to suggest some al fresco shenanigans with the right privacy spells to shield them from prying eyes. Albie could already picture taking her from behind as she held onto the railing, other people completely oblivious...

But he'd also basically been promised shower sex a week ago and fuck, being asked to wait was the good kind of torture. Sure, he could have found someone else to scratch that itch, but it turned out that the idea of buying a house with Scor to renovate had taken up a lot of his time. At this point, he'd lost track of how many listings Scorpius had sent him. A few of them looked like they could actually have potential, so it felt like things were on track with their business plans, even if they didn't have a name for it yet.

"So I'm going to show you my new tattoo," Albie said, relaxing after a couple of puffs on the joint that Kenzie had rolled. "And I'm going to tell you the story behind it. But you've got to promise not to freak out," he warned. After last week's near-miss, he thought there might be a good chance of that when she heard that he was already a father.

Kenzie took the joint warily, both brows perked. He had peaked her interest, though the last thing on her mind was babies. "Are you going to be a guest star on Grace?" she asked teasingly, before bringing the joint to her lips. She made a cross motion over her heart, just over the chest of her loose fit overalls. She promised not to freak out.

Today was a going to be a fantastic day, one of the few left that she had to spend as she pleased. Spending it playing around with Albie all day had been hands down the best option. He was just as wild as she was. She had even rolled a joint filled with her favorite bud from Jasper. It was a special occasion, she was no longer grounded, and she was up to date on her potions. She could get back to enjoying herself without worries. Today was day one of celebrating that. She was doing it up right.

Albie snorted. "God, can you even imagine?" He had no idea if he could even act, but he wasn't about to put it to the test. "I'll stick to the day job." For now, anyway. He might fill her in on his plans with Scor to try and get another person's reaction to their idea.

Speaking of Scor, there was always the possibility that he'd told Scarlett already. If he hadn't, he hardly expected Kenzie to keep it to herself.

Standing up, Albie yanked off his t-shirt, since there was really no other way to show off the new design. Raz's artwork had healed perfectly and Albie couldn't be happier with it. "It's the constellation Orion. For Orion Malfoy." And now the news that might put a damper on things. "I wanted to get a tattoo for him because he's... my son."

There was a dreamy look about her face when he asked if she could imagine, she really could. Though, she supposed that it really wasn't Albie. When she imagined him working, she imagined him in Grimauld place, shirtless, using his hands to nail boards back together. Whatever men did when they were fixing things, she hadn't the faintest idea. She just enjoyed imaging Albie shirtless.

Her dreams came to life in front of her, as he took his stripped. Gods, he was hot. She bit her lower lip, letting those dark eyes slide over his body. All of the tattoos were familiar to her, she'd traced each of them with her fingertips. All but the beautiful piece on his side. She scooted herself forward to get a better look, was even reaching out to touch the bow, when he finished his words. Her eyes grew wide and she blinked, connecting dots about Lyra's one night stand, and Albie being Orion's father. Ridiculously enough, her first worry was if Lyra would mind that Kenzie was sleeping with Albie. She had been smoking too much.

Thoroughly distracted, she scooted herself back into the sofa. "Congratulations, that's... Fuckin' nuts. I would have believed you and Scor had kids before that," she admitted, filter unfortunately lost. "When did you find out? H-how are you feeling about it?" she asked curiously, stumbling just a little over her words.

Albie wasn't surprised when Kenzie sat back on the sofa, though his brain got a bit stuck on absolutely the wrong thing. "Me and Scor?" His ears turned a little pink at the idea. Albie shoot his head and rejoined Kenzie, flopping down next to her with a sigh.

"Fucking nuts just about covers it," he agreed. "Just before Christmas. And.. kinda happy? Like, I care about Lyra, I always hated that she didn't know who it was and I love him." Albie raked his fingers through his hair, pushing it away from his face. "Didn't think it would end up being me. But I did get pretty fucked up at parties back then."

A soft laugh left her when he fixated on the him and Scor portion of her rant, shrugging her shoulders, before offering the joint out to him again. Feeling his weight on the sofa next to her, she shifted to face him better. It was now that she let her fingertips reach out towards his side, to trace the tattoo that she'd avoided touching just moments before. "As long as you're happy," she said before bending her head in to press a kiss to his cheek. "Now you're a DILF, Dad I'd like to..." she snickered softly, settling back into her seat.

She wondered then how this would change whatever they were doing. Would he want to settle down with someone? Would he want stability for his son? She wasn't sure she had the guts to ask just then. While it was a casual thing, she wasn't ready for it to end just yet.

	Albie closed his eyes as Kenzie examined his new tattoo, enjoying the gentle touch. The kiss was unexpected but made him smile, a chuckle escaping him. He cracked open an eye, peering at her sideways. "You want to eff me?" he asked in mock horror, raising a hand to his bare chest as if clutching pearls. "What kind of man do you take me for?" Kenzie burst into laughter at his mock horror, grinning back at him. "A slag, clearly," she teased, using a word she absolutely hated when not used in jest. She was rather happy to be off the subject of children, at least for the time being. Scarlett was going to die when she sent this message.

"Your acting is terrible, I take back what I said about you being able to be on Grace," she couldn't help but poke fun at it. She took the chance then to settle in against Albie.

"Excuse you, I prefer manwhore." Albie pouted dramatically. Although, now that he thought about it, he hadn't really got around much in the last year or so. He did want to meet more people, that was part of the reason for making himself single again.

"At least we've answered that question. Albie Potter can't act his way out of a paper bag. I'll make sure I cross acting off any future career options." He snagged the joint back from her for a hit. "Or maybe I could just specialise in playing coma patients or dead bodies."

Of the two of them, Kenzie knew she got around more. It made all the more hilarious to her that he was calling himself a manwhore. She stuck her tongue out at him, shaking her head. "You're ridiculous, if you play a coma patient though, I could be the Healer that saves you. Healer Emma," she teased, and then her eyes grew wide with excitement.

"Albie! I've got a set of my Healer robes... Want to play Healer and patient?" she asked, not at all phased by the fact Albie was a father. Sure, it changed things, but she really wasn't ready to think about it right now. Her mind was fogged with her favorite lady, Mary Jane.

"Ridiculous and proud of it." Albie lifted a hand to touch one of her curls. Merlin, taking himself seriously all the time just sounded like too much hard work. Or like something his dad would do.

He laughed at her suggestion, tickled by the idea of Kenzie looking all serious like she did on television. "You're going to give me a thorough examination, huh?" Albie liked the sound of that. "Yeah, alright." That was something new. "Am I going to have to call you Healer Kenzie?"
