I hope, for the sake of those around you, that you’ll take the opportunity to reflect and do better in future. Not just for me but for anyone who has taken the time they need to understand who they are so that they feel safe expressing that.

I’m Beau. I’m bi. I’m probably going to spend the rest of my life coming out in small ways over and over again. And I think I’m okay with that because it’s infinitely more appealing than not being able to love who I want. This isn’t the first step in my journey to living authentically but it might be the biggest one.
