It seemed that he'd hit the mark with the gift for her, and Thad felt a thrill of pride course through him at the thought. He'd never really bought a Christmas gift for someone special like this before, but he'd not wanted to ask anyone for advice either. He'd simply set out to something that felt right. Maybe he had a little bit of Juliet's sixth sense, after all.
He took the box from her and wasted no time in tearing the paper off, not particularly gentle with peeling the wrapping away. When he opened the box, noticing the expanded spell on the inside, he grinned. He pulled the bag out and took his time looking it over, and when he got to the other side, with the embroidered bit, his brows shot up, his grin stretching to a wide smile. "Oh wow, this is fantastic," he said. He had a decent kit bag, but this was certainly nicer, and he enjoyed the personalized touch.
Thad set the bag at their feet so he could draw her close, brushing his lips against hers. "Thank you," he murmured, his lips ghosting over hers as he spoke.
