How had they not put two and two together ages ago? Though Lucy had not actually gone to the party in question and so hadn't seen Albie there as well, she'd heard bits about both of their mystery hook ups over the years to justify having at least an inkling of what had happened.

When he brought up Juliet Nott, her brows furrowed. She didn't know the other woman well at all, but she'd met her briefly a couple of times recently, at the Montgomery-Knottingly wedding most notably, but she hadn't noticed anything particularly about her, though she did know that the Malfoys and Notts were close. "Wait, some random woman told you you're Orion's father?" she asked, just a touch confused. "Was she there that night? Did she see you two together or something? But why would she have waited so long to say something?" she wondered aloud.
