Merlin, she looked beautiful as always. When she leaned in for that light kiss, his arm slipped around her waist to pull her in closer, being careful of the plate that she now held. "You look delicious," he quipped, unable to keep the comment to himself. "The leggings looked like candy," he said softly, giving her a playful eyebrow waggle, before kissing her properly. No quick light pecks, he'd missed seeing her the past few days. The days leading up to the holidays had seen the shop busy between selling gift cards and people getting tattooed. Business was booming.
It was only then that he let her go, loosening the arm around her waist. "I can grab us some glasses for the wine," he proposed, the wine that he'd been holding in his free hand was brought back up to show her.
