If it wasn't so quiet right then, with the only noise the breathing between them, he wouldn't have heard her. As it was, he only barely heard her. His heart sored, that odd tight feeling from the past few days finally disappearing. Just last night he had been certain she had dumped him, now he was a whole new man. A man in love, that was loved.
He didn't break their embrace, he pulled his head back enough to try to peer at her. "You don't have to take the test right away. I got us breakfast too, I needed food," he admitted, always a nervous eater. Their entire world was potentially about to change forever, he had to eat.
