Relief at knowing his Uncle's would have his back gave him some sort of peace. His shoulders even slumped a bit, a sigh of relief leaving him. While he knew that they'd have work for him, it felt good hearing it from his cousin. He was so glad he'd gone out with Hailey tonight, instead of staying home to wallow in his own thoughts.
"I could use a lot of help, I'll let her reach out though. She'll let you know what I've done wrong," he joked, taking another swig of his drink. The thought about if Lucy would be celebrating Christmas with them floated to the surface, he was quick to drown it with more beer.
Jaimeson just shook his head at Hailey's encouraging words, letting out a sad little sigh. "I think she dumped me, I haven't heard anything from her. I loved her," it was said sadly, just before he was refilling his glass. He needed to drown the thoughts of her, they were celebrating Bella coming home. "What've you been up to?"
