When he had asked, part of him hadn't expected her to say yes. The fact she said yes had his hopes soaring, maybe she loved him back. He still couldn't bring himself to say the words, not like this. Instead he let instinct take over, kissing her back in a heated kiss that had her pinned to the wall.
This may not have been what Jaimeson had intended when he'd sought her out, but he couldn't deny that celebrating like this was far better than anything he could of come up with.
