"I'm definitely up for a carving party," he agreed, grinning from ear to ear. He couldn't wait to get back to her place to carve pumpkins, when was the last time he'd had fun like this?
Pumpkins were sent back to Juliet's place for just a couple extra sickles, and their picnic lunch had been nothing but perfect. The food had been delicious, the cards had given interesting but vague answers. There hadn't been a single clear answer as to why they had the connection they did. It didn't matter at all though, and they were finding themselves in a magical cab headed back to her place.
"I don't think I've asked, how good are you at pumpkin carving?" he asked curiously, nervously moving one arm across the back of the seat, and loosely around her shoulders. "I can't say I have the best skills, usually I end up caving in my design," he admitted with a nervous laugh.
