Her gaze remained on Tina for a long time, until she disappeared, and her eyes held a sad, wistful sort of look, a deep empathy that had nothing to do with a psychic gift and everything to do with just who Clary was. She blinked and shifted her gaze back to Jules, lips quirking up a bit with the attention shift.
"I figured," she said with a sigh. "I hope she remembers she can crash at my place if she needs to get away from her mum or anyone else. It's at least really private there." An introvert's little paradise that she worked very hard to create.
