Considering the lack of obvious response when he'd first flirted, Phoenix hadn't expected Beaumont to be so enthusiastic about the prospect of kissing him. He was certainly not disappointed though, and he chuckled at the nickname. As Beaumont's hand curled behind his neck, he ducked his head down, meeting his lips while his own hands went to curl around Beaumont's narrowed hips. The vial wasn't in his hand anymore, a bit of slight magic sending it to the man's front pocket.
The kiss was firm, full of confidence and that general sort of attraction that was purely physical and the only sort he typically felt.
