"Looks like I found the right person, then." His anxiety reminded him to play it cool, that he wasn’t out yet and couldn’t afford to make a misstep. In public places like this it was always safer to pursue things with women, but Beau was starting to get more of an idea of what things might be like when he wasn’t living with a decision that he’d made when he was fourteen years old.
He finished the glass of firewhisky in his hand, unsure how he wanted to proceed. “So… is there anything you’d suggest for someone who just wants to block out the rest of the world for a while?" he asked, a cocky smile coming to him easily after being called gorgeous.
