Re: Iris and Penny
"Good." Iris did indeed look as she followed after Penny, enjoying the way the dress clung to her body. She thought that the fine fabric would feel soft under her touch and hoped that the dancing might provide an opportunity to explore that.
Iris had always enjoyed music and dancing, but it had only been in the last year or so that she had taken that further and performed on stage. Burlesque was not the same, though, and this sort of dancing which was an altogether was a different kind of fun. The music had just the right beat, fast enough to be exciting but not so frenetic that they couldn't dance closely.
Feeling the rumble of the bass in her chest, Iris moved herself a little closer, hands skimming over the other woman's hips. She'd had a bit of regret over not getting Penny's number after their fun at Taboo - it really did feel like luck was on her side tonight. It was too loud to talk on the dance floor, but after a couple of songs Iris pulled her away.
"I knew you'd have good rhythm," she told Penny, cheeks a little flushed.
