When Tina first asked what she'd been up to, Juliet froze, her fork mid-twirl in the pasta, as her mind immediately jumped to the search for her bio-mum. A search that, she realized, Tina's soon-to-be step-dad was now involved with. It was a strange, tangled world they lived in. But then, Tina asked about her paintings, and she relaxed. "Sometimes I do art shows. Not often though because the crowds are really overwhelming," she explained. "I made contacts when I went to Uni, though, and sometimes they connect me to buyers." She didn't have a regular gallery or anything, and she was extremely grateful that her parents understood and supported this path she'd taken in life.
