[Narcissa]
My dear,
I suppose it's a little much if we're to be sitting around the house - but we'll find you an excuse for it soon enough, I'm certain.
Yours,
L.
Diamond collar.
[Draco]
Your great-great-great grandfather Hemeros was by all accounts a little paranoid - this is meant to chime if you're being pursued. Never having bothered to wear it about, I can hardly vouch for its effectiveness. It does keep time quite nicely. As far as I know, you are the sixth owner. And I suppose it's time for an upgrade in the broomstick department.
Pocketwatch and Firebolt.
[Rodolphus & Bella]
A happy Christmas to you both -
I have no doubt we'll see one another soon, but in the meantime - I know your living situation has been rather inconstant, and can imagine how you must miss the comforts of home. I am generally loath to part with family heirlooms, but you are, after all, family. Consider it a housewarming present.
Best,
L. Malfoy.
A rather hideous clock that's been dug out of the attic and may or may not be cursed.
[Alecto]
Carrow -
I haven't learned to knit, but I thought of you when I saw one of the elves digging this out of a closet. She started foaming at the mouth shortly thereafter, so I suppose I wouldn't suggest putting it on - but perhaps you know someone who ought to have it.
Happy Christmas,
Malfoy.
Crocheted scarf, definitely cursed.
[Percy Weasley]
Mr. Weasley,
I wish you a very happy Christmas indeed, and hope it finds you well. Having spent something near half my life in and out of the Ministry's corridors, I know all too well how draining a career in those hallowed halls can become. In light of my lack of official position, I suppose my observations may hold relatively little weight, but, in any case - please accept my most sincere commendations on your dedication to the upholding and execution of our laws and institutions. As I've expressed before, it is my hope that we can move past the unpleasantness that has existed between our families for some time, and which I consider to be decidedly unfortunate considering the great deal we have in common. Our people profit best when we find ways to work together.
I remain, &c.,
Lucius Malfoy
