Orsino looked very confused for a few moments, reverting back to his usual monosyllabic responses. The question seemed to cause him more trouble than it ought. Blinking rapidly, he came to and said, "Indoors, I think. Warmer?"
It would probably be quieter and easier to focus outdoors, but it was also the dead of winter. Even if he did have adequate clothing for the weather, Orsino usually reserved any outdoor eating for the warmer months.
