Shannon watched him for a moment, smiling softly. Sure, she had family, who she loved and who loved and supported her, but she'd be lost without Rolf. "Not many people would be content to just sit with me and drink tea. They'd want to go out and do things. But," she held up a finger. "The same people who would be content to not leave the house are not the ones who are going to go out and get drunk with my cousin and me and get a tattoo."
Tugging her hand out from under the blanket, she exposed the ink on the inside of her wrist and grinned. "See? The perfect amount of boring!"
