Unable to sleep much last night Padraig was already up before his alarm went off. The missing Elkins girl had come across his desk, and as any case that landed in his lap he took it full on. The only difference was this time he was lucky enough to have Harold shadowing him, so having two sets of eyes on this was helping him out greatly. For once he didn't feel like the world was on his shoulders. Still very serious about finding the poor girl, still sketchy on the divination stuff, but at this point, he was ready to take on just about any lead that sounded reasonable. He was happy to take it none the less. All the paper work, and people who really should have been at the Hit Wizard's office to begin with were driving him away in the head. But being back out in the field (literally in some cases) was making him feel useful again. Didn't help his sleeping patterns, but the job was the job and he was going to do it until he got it done.
But that didn't mean that he didn't need some down time as well. Some time just to clear his head and get his mind off of everything for a little bit. And he knew that staying at home at night didn't exactly do the job because he was still working at home. So that made getting together gave him something to really look forward to. The last few times the two had met he'd really enjoyed their conversations. She was easy to talk to and they had a lot of the same opinions and had some similar interested so it was basically a no brainier to keep getting together with her. Plus, she was easy on the eyes if truth be told, and that was always a helpful thing.
So, after finishing off his morning coffee he made his was down to the restaurant where he was to meet up with the woman. It wasn't anything super special, but it wasn't that far from the Hospital and it was pretty easy commute to the Ministry. Carrying his robe in his arm like a jacket Paddy walked into the restaurant and quickly found Tracey. "Hey, sorry I'm a little late, I wasn't paying attention and went down the wrong street by mistake." he apologized. While normally fairly good with directions, he'd been off in his own little world and gotten himself turned around there for a minute.
