Eloise just gave a slow nod in response to Susan's report from downstairs - there had been an odd energy down there all day, probably due to no one having a real outlet, and it had been making Eloise uncomfortable. She'd thought she might spend some time reading, enjoying the quiet, after she'd packed some things away. Maybe not so much, now.
She shrugged shallowly. "Ah."
Fleetingly, her eyes darted to the open bag on her bed. Suddenly she felt a bit silly. She didn't enjoy being found like this, especially by Susan. It wasn't that Eloise didn't like her. As a matter of fact, she quite admired her housemate. She had just never become especially close to Susan, and hadn't been planning to tell her of her intentions.
"Yeah, kind of? Not that I expect to be able to get anywhere any time soon, but I've been thinking if I see a chance I might take it." Eloise's brow creased, and she looked at Susan tentatively. "To get out of here altogether, you know?"
