The Grand Ballroom was decorated in shades of pale pink and red, nothing too ostentatious. Three large tables had been set up with a breakfast buffet with every food that Anne could think of, one dedicated soley to fruit for Charlie. Coffees, teas and juices covered a fourth, while a small fifth held candies and treats and she had alerted her staff that her guests may ask for items not on the menu.
When it came time for lunch, the tables would change to both a hot and cold setup, but the fruit would remain fresh, with dinner going much the same way. The staff would mingle throughout the day, asking anyone and everyone if there was anything they could provide.
There was a bar by the pool and plenty of towels. Extra bathing suits for both men and women, along with extra changes of clothing (albeit traditional ones meant for the Palace) could be found in all bathrooms. The Queen wanted to make sure that everyone had anything they could desire.

Anne's quite protective. There are extra rooms. If you can think it, the staff can provide it. Also, Troy is a time-neutral locale, so one can stay as long as they'd like and it doesn't affect time elsewhere.]
