Okay so, this was a little something that the ever interesting and lovely Signy shared with us over our very exciting weekend which included a suicidal deer amongst other things. However, this is decidedly more awesome.

Anyway the simple idea is... crackfics. I know we get our crackporn fed in the IRC, but this is a more general sort of crack, not necessarily of the dirty variety. Someone can make a request, for any sort of fic, though the more ridiculous the better. Example: "Alderic is forced to dress up as a woman and infiltrate the Orlesian Royal Court". Then someone else takes the idea and runs with it. Posting a short, one-shot ficlet in which the request occurs.

This is, of course, not to distract you from your posting, but to give you something silly to do when you're bored, or to just keep your writing sharp. Have fun~

I'm currently on break at work sooo I can't really promise these will be done immediatelt, but since I'm at a standstill when it comes to tags right now, I figure when I get home I can find something else to do. Namely, I'm currently in the mood to do a little photoshopping, so if anyone needs any character soundtrack art, feel free to make a request here. All I need is a title! I tend to come up with my own ideas after browsing pictures for a while, but if there is something in particular you want on it, do let me know, as well.

I might also want to start doing some drawing again since it's been a couple of months, so if anyone wants a character drawing or a scene (examples also found on my devart account), I'm taking requests again. so I got bored one day and decided to play in photoshop. I don't know how everyone feels about the whole grey-wardens-having-a-griffon-tattoo thing but I think its kinda cool. that and I like putting tattoo's on people that don't normally have them~ so I went through and ink'd our Wardens... enjoy!!

the images aren't huge but there's a bunch of them (one for each Warden) and I will warn you... most of the male Wardens don't have their shirts on... I think only one has a shirt on to be totally honest... take that back three... but two of them just have on a-shirts so I don't know if those count lol

soooooo. I think I'm done with this, and I should probably stop my obsession and actually go...do stuff. ANYWHO. I have no cover art for this silliness I cobbled together today, instead of doing anything productive. I might make something up way later, maybe not. Either way, this is full of lolz and I'm insane. I wish there was a song for EVERYONE, but...alas. At least most major groups have been taken into consideration, with a few special songs.

Please specify clothing/armor if necessary, and if there's a kind of pose you want, say so, too, and I will try to deliver. This offer is not nearly as cool as Az's 100 Things Meme, but...yeah.

EDIT: I can also attempt to illustrate scenes if that would be more interesting because of DYNAMIC POSES! Whatever you want. This is a good exercise of my rusty drawing skills.

Also way belated happy sixth month anniversary since opening, greywardens. This is the first time in several years that your mods have had a game last this long with consistently amazing writing, and we are quite proud of this fact. Keep being awesome!

I'll start with the summary: you are all the most amazing and awesome group of people ever. I've been a part of several online communities over the past decade, RP and non-RP alike, but in one night you guys topped them all.

I've always had social anxiety issues and despite what some people may say, text-based communication on a screen is not necessarily easier than face-to-face. Like I told Rho, I don't have first steps in joining things, I have first heart attacks. The groups I've joined, I always joined when they were small in hopes of an easier time adapting and introducing myself to people. My track record there was decent enough and when the link to this RP popped up in Swooping_is_Bad I lurked around for at least a week, gauging its size and all that, before joining. I was excited. I told myself "I can do this." I wasn't too worried that my choice of an older Legionnaire character prevented me from joining in the rampant backscening that started up, trusting I'd get my playtime when official scenes came around.

And then somehow the playerbase exploded. In my head I knew I had absolutely no reason to be afraid of anyone. I'd read along chats and comments in the OOC board and I already knew from that alone that you were an awesome bunch. But any time I tried to wander to the IRC login, or even to a PM/OOC Contact Post to try and think something up, I'd balk and back off again. There were so many of you flying scenes and chats all over the place and how could I possibly work my way into that rapport now? Again: a baseless fear in my head, but something completely different in my gut and nerves, as is how these anxieties tend to go.

But then a little encouragement goes a long way. After those couple comments I got from Ordhan and Alderic on the YouAreAmazing post I was trying to rev myself up for another go again, at the same time I wandered by the OOC board and had a small heart attack when That Thread appeared, my name at the top. The comments went from 0 to 7 in one refresh, to 9, 11, 15, 20, 27... I was STUNNED. I had NO idea everyone was so aware of me despite my comparatively minor board presence. I honest-to-goodness teared up and got a little bit of the shakes, I was so touched and astounded. It wasn't just a little encouragement, it was a FLOOD.

And you know the rest. I pulled myself together, logged in, and there was a party and a Room Topic named after me.

Thank you. Just... thank you. For somehow figuring out exactly what I needed to get over that first massive and unnecessarily frightening hurdle. For caring.

Some people were omitted due to lack of me being able to nab the right clips, or if they were models who haven't done any film work, plus Qunari are notoriously elusive to capture on film. I also did not manage to include our latest two additions, much as I love them. However, I have attempted to include at least one character per player, if not both or all. Hope you enjoy!
