hey lovelies, i wasn't sure if there was any confusion for dates but i'm going to clear it up now: 4th character slots, civilians, the new player waitlist (yes, you can proxy!), extra killjoys, and singapore sling holds/apps open TONIGHT when it becomes midnight at EST. i'm only going to edit the new forms into the page then, so if you would like to prepare yourself in advance (the civilian app is similar, not much change):

wrt to the current bounty and future bounties, time is FLUID so while the bounty ought to be wrapped up by latest tomorrow ICly, you are definitely allowed to post stuff out of order like you've been doing! i.e. "after jaime", "after bounty goes up", etc etc.
