Fall and walking!

The weather is lovely and what perfect time to get out and walk! I'm excited because I'm on a program for walking.
A healthy individual (this includes exercise,btw) needs to log 10,000 steps per day. To lose weight I need to get about 18,500 (give or take). Since getting 10,000 without really trying wasn't that hard, I'm ready to ramp it up. Over the next few weeks I'll be letting you know aobut how many steps you can count for yoga, biking, etc. I'll be walking on Sunday at Tribble Mill Park in Grayson, GA and let me tell you it's beautiful!
