I lived nearly two years with my arm in a sling. Dozens of surgeries later the thing is still ruddy useless but PT does help. I find that if I skip even one day of exercises I lose several days of improvement. Wish I could tell you it heals completely over time but really, it wonnae ever be the same. All injuries leave scars to varying degrees.
Just keep at it. Suppose that's what I'm attempting to say.
