I finally told my mother that I'm here (as well as within her womb). She is so young and beautiful, but as gracious and level-headed as ever. I am not surprised to see Uncle Carrick and Pinion living with her either.
I am, however, angry that I belatedly realized that I will have to reapply to university. I highly doubt school will accept being in the past as an excuse to transfer my marks. |

... my poor mother is probably not ready for this, if my reading of the year isn't mistaken. I wish the vortex had thought to bring me in when it wasn't so infernally hot.
