Posting at tornado_watch
General guidelines for posting:
- Anything Not Work Safe should be labeled as such, either by using a tag or by placing the NWS warning in the post. If it happens in a post in the main comm, please friends-lock the post ASAP.
- Posting proceedure for:
public places: should be in the community; this includes on the streets, in public shops, or other places that anyone is permitted to show up; if your thread needs to be 'locked' to specific characters for plot reasons, please state as such in an ooc note
private quarters: can be posted in the player journal or the community as you feel more comfortable; please make sure to label it as being for this game if you're using your player journal for more than one game.
all posts: should have the location and the approximate time in the subject header; if someone has a post up in the same location/time as your planned post, tag into their post with your own 'entrance': it encourages RP and it's more realistic if two characters are sharing space. - Tags:
character tags: please add your tag to any post that you're a part of in any way
location tags: please use the most appropriate tag for the location you are in; if in the course of the thread you move from one location to another? just add another tag - Crossthreading? Perfectly kosher. Feel free to tag someone's tag to start a new conversation; if people in the same place and time DO occasionally talk to one another. If you want to join into an already-existing conversation, however, please speak to the other 'muns involved before butting in.
- Activity requirements? We don't have any. But expect a poke or two if you aren't seen for more than a month.
