The Dressing Room

Ally? Are you here? I brought my time machine for you to examine. I know it's not much but I'm going to test it out today, and before I do, I thought you'd like to take a look at it.

I'm not sure if the configuration is set up for your universe, so I was just going to go explore mine, and though I will agree with you that the dinosaurs are an interesting subject, I was going to go back to visit things closer to home. Mum and Da's wedding... when the twins were born... when my guardians exchanged rings... things like that.

It's funny how people take things like time and love for granted. Both are precious and rare in commodity but not many people seem to realize this. I love my family, they know this, and I would do anything for my brothers... even if they don't understand me. I- I sent them all owls just in case something happens... I hmm... it's been something I had been thinking about for a while... ever since I first stepped inside this room.

After my trips to the past... I'm going to the future. Just to see how my uncle is doing. He's currently fine in my universe, but I- I want to make sure his heart is okay. Da would be a mess without him, Mum too... and I- I don't want them to suffer. And- and if he needs a new heart, I want him to have mine. Grandpa and Grandma Corner died in the plague, and he has no one blood-related except me. I'm- I'm pretty sure it won't even turn into that extreme, our universes are quite different, but I- I'm prepared just in case. Wish me luck.

Oh- and you were right. I- I couldn't fake it. I tried with my brothers and I got tired of arguing, just as I imagine they were tired too. And it never came to fruition. I'm rather hopeless, am I not?
