Three I can do fine. For formality's sake, if there's any paperwork that needs to be drawn up and signed, I will most likely set up an appointment for you to come in to the office to do so. Initially going over it, however, we can do right there.

That makes sense. Damon handled most of the paperwork when our original third partner disappeared last year, and I handled the renovations, so there might be something - but luckily, the bank loans are in my name. I appreciate you taking the time to go over this with me.

Some free advice from your attorney-to-be, after you're done sorting out paperwork with me, you might want to make a list of those renovations and run them by your insurance company to make sure you're covered right.

Thanks, I'll be sure and get that checked out. I kept records on all of it, including pictures of before and after.

Clients make the mistake of thinking I handle that too. I don't.

Any paperwork you have, I'll take a look at. That's a better way of doing it than telling you what you will or won't need.
